ACRE (American Coalition for Rural Engagement) is dedicated to educating the public about agricultural policy and advocating for the Federal crop insurance program. It promotes policies which increase crop insurance accessibility, retains private sector involvement while ensuring an actuarially sound program.
Ethical
As a billion-dollar industry using taxpayer dollars, being un-ethical is not an option. Over the past two years, 1,740 agents and staff members have completed our three-hour, nationally approved Ethics course. This course is not a crop insurance requirement, but as stewards of taxpayer dollars, AgriSompo wants all parties involved to understand their responsibility to be ethical.
Leader
People development is vital to creating a legacy. Our Executive Group, which contains 136 years of expertise in the insurance industry, embraces this principle. Foundations of Leadership is the result. It’s a six-day, interactive training designed specifically for Agrisompo’s current and upcoming leaders.
